IT Customer Service (Support)
Location: Denpasar & Jakarta
Qualification:
· Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Information Technology and/or Computer Science
· Have a minimum of one year working experience IT Support and/or Customer Support
· Fluent in both verbal and written English
· Knowledge of ITIL concept, Presentation Skill and Customer Service Excellence
· Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, cooperation and a high level of integrity
