Organization Development Manager (Code:ODM)
Requirements:
*Bachelor degree of Psychology, Management, Engineering
*Have experience min 5 years in Human Resources, 3 years in supervisory level.
*Familiar with Job Description, Job Evaluation, Competencies and HR System
*Preferably has experiences in mining industry
*Good interpersonal skill
*Good command in English, passive and active
