Responsibilities :
*Develop and review compensation & benefit packages for all level of employees.
*Dealing with related external institutions in order to be updated with best practices applications.
*Ensure the internal compensation & benefit remains to be rewarding and fair for employees yet competitive against market.
Qualification :
*Hold a bachelor degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economic or related.
*At least 8 – 10 years experience in related field in banking or financial institution.
*Deep knowledge of policies & procedures related to compensation & benefit.
*Have a good communication and interpersonal skill.
Loan Processing Manager

Qualification :
*Hold a bachelor degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economic or related
*Maximum age 35 years old
*At least 5 years experience in related field in banking is a must, or financial institution
*Deep knowledge of end to end banking procedures for loan products.
*Knowledge of the regulatory and any other legal requirements for operational and acceptance of credit/Loan.
*Ability to interact confidentially with credit/loan, risk and senior management across the Division and Group.
*Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
Senior Rahn (Juru Taksir) Manager

Responsibility:
*Develop training materials for GOLD appraisal skills.
*Conduct training.
*Help recruiting appraisal trainer.
*Ensuring competency appraisals are always up to date
*conduct appraisals certification for training participants
Qualification :
*Hold a bachelor degree in any major.
*10 years experience as GOLD appraiser.
*Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
Java Programmer

Qualification :
*Hold a bachelor degree in IT.
*Preferably Male, maximum 33 years old
*At least 3 – 5 years experience in Java Programming
*Knowledge of .NET Programming
*Knowledge of Web base concept

*Knowledge of Unix Operating System and its technology
