Officer Development Program
ODP is a specialized fast track program offering rapid career advancement for ambitious and talented fresh graduates. Following twelve moths of intensive training & development you will be assigned as Assistant Manager of SMEC or Corporate Banking in Jabodetabek area. You will be responsible to foster beneficial relationship between BII and its most important SMEC customers, and provide recommendation for them to reach their objectives. Since these assignments are crucial to sustain BII’s growth in the future, only the best talents are expected to fill this position
QUALIFICATIONS
•Min. Bachelor degree from reputable University
•GPA min. 2,75
•Posses good marketing networks and target oriented
•Strong business and financial analytical skill
•Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
