Business Development Manager
Requirement
* Male
* Minimum 29 years old
* Minimum of 3 (three) years in supervisory or management roles in Restaurant
* Degree holder and fluent in English (verbal and written)
* Teamwork oriented with excellent analytical and planning skills
* Strong leadership, independent, self-motivated, detailed oriented as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Identify areas for improvement in service and food & beverage quality
* Able to train and supervise up to 50 restaurant staff in all aspects of the operations
* Good project management capabilities
* Able to control and prepare for new outlet renovation
* Friendly, good attitude and attractive
* To be located in Medan ( with company’s expansion, there will be chance to be located all around Indonesia )
