URGENTLY REQUIRED. Lowongan kerja HRD & GA PT Gastro Gizi Sarana. PT Gastro Gizi Sarana ( since 1986) is a leading importer, agent, and manufacturer of commercial and industrial kitchen & refrigeration equipments for Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterings, etc.
We are a leading Importer and distributor of Commercial and Industrial Kitchen & Refrigeration equipment, based in Jakarta. We are looking for a professional for the following position:
HRD & GA
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* HR Management (recruitment, placement, etc)
* Payroll and employee tax (PPh 21)
* Performance Appraisal
* Recruitment and employee selection
* Personnel Administration (insurance, etc)
* Other general office administration
Requirements:
* Female.
* Age between 26-35 years old.
* Candidate must possess at least a Associate Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent, with GPA min 2.75
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent.
* Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication skill, team work, and initiative.
* Having excellent computer skill ( excel and word)
* Knowledge of Tax and Labor laws
* Able to speak Mandarin (or Chinese dialect) min. passive would be an advantage us.
* Able to work independently and under pressure.
* Proactive and high integrity person.
