Manager – Sales
Job Responsibilities :
- TIPS Creation – Trends, Implications, Possibilities and Solution.
- eTOM Process Mapping and Technology Solutioning.
- Identify and cultivate areas for business.
- Understanding of Next Gen Services for Telcos.
- Identify System Integrators in the region for targeting large accounts for telecom billing solutions..
- Establish Strong contacts with high level and middle level team in many carriers.
- Techno commercial presentation.
- Strategic Tie-ups/Partnerships.
- Strategic marketing planning.
- Key Account Management.
- Establish Strong contacts with high level and middle level team in many carriers.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge & experience in Technical Architecture, design & delivery of OSS/BSS solution for telecom space.
- Experience in emerging technologies & industry standards.
- Knowledge & understanding of various network elements of the telecom space & understanding of service delivery platforms.
- Knowledge & Familiarity with functions of Order Management, Billing, CRM, provisioning etc for telecom networks.
Non Technical Skills
- Strong presentation & communication skills around proposed solutions to assist in sales cycle.
- Ability & mindset to work with different teams and engage with teams from different regions during various stages of any project execution & bid management.
- Ability to relate business & technology requirements of customers in the OSS/BSS space for telecom providers and have proven experience & capabilities for solution offering.
Experience: 7-12 years
Educational Qualification: B.E./MCA/M.tech and MBA is an added advantage.
