ERP/Sales Support Administrator (1 position) • Healthcare • Jakarta
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible as Extend 1st line of Customer Service when the Customer calls the Philips Healthcare Customer Service Hotline, in charge of order management of Service Logistics, develop operation plan and execute plans; Provide a support to the sales team and execute a marketing program; Validating & consolidating customer complain document;

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Diploma degree, min 3 years working experience same activities would be an added advantage; Proficient in English both speaking and written; Computer literate, preferably has an experience in SAP; Positive personality; Good coordination capability,. The incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude, is assertive and well motivated; Good analytical & excellent personal and interpersonal skills; Honesty, Positive attitude, good self-confidence, independence and consistence .
