URGENTLY REQUIRED. Job Vacancy – Lowongan kerja di PT Semen Andalas Indonesia – Procurement Manager – Agustus 2009. PT Semen Andalas Indonesia a subsidiary of world leader in cement manufacturing and building material having its operation in Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau and Batam invites you to join our team to be based in Medan as:
Procurement Manager (Code: PPM)
Reports to Procurement Director, the candidate is responsible to:
*Manage and develop the purchasing process and administration by implementing Lafarge purchasing methodology and setting up proper reporting structure to improve purchasing capability, professionalism and service/ support provided to internal and external user based on the overall company requirement.
*Working Closely with other Department to increase customer service and support
*Managing respective organization and Human Resources, administration and report
*Managing safety function in the respective department.
General Requirements:
*Must possess at least Bachelor or Master degree from related field with Supply Chain Mgt background
*Having minimum 10 years in the position with minimum 5 years in Managerial level.
*Have a knowledge in product specification and general knowledge in the cement operation and parts is an advantage
*Good interpersonal skills, strong analysis and negotiation skills
*English proficiency and Computer literacy is a must to provide any business reports
*Able to work under pressure with limited time and minimum supervision
