Receptionist Cum Librarian (RDI-FO)
Job Description:
* Handling in-coming and out-going telephone calls
* Handling record administration of out-going and in-coming documents
* Assist student for library activities such as, recording daily library administration
* Assist to all guests who come to the company
* Handle all inquires and complaints politely and in the right manner
Qualification:
* Female, max 25 years-old
* Education background Min. D-3 any major
* Work experience Min. 1-2 years as Receptionist or Librarian
* Computer literate
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must
* Mandarin is an advantage
* Very well presented and good appearance competency
* Excellent inter-personal skills
