Service Support Staff (SSO)
Your responsibilities:
Reports to Service manager, this position will be responsible to support the whole area of Service Department in our company. She will be required to manage all oustanding service call and monitoring parts request and BPR from branches. Report FSR, collect and analyze damage parts.
Our Requirements:
1.Diploma degree, majoring in Politechnic
2.Has minimum of 2 years working experiences in Heavy Equipment Indutries
3.Female , maximum 27 years old
4.Has strong knowledge and skills on parts and compile reports
5. Good in communication skill
6. Proactive, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast paced
7. Proficiency in spoken and written English and excellent in MS Office skill
