Qualifications For PHP Programmer:
- Excellent coding and analytical skills
- Expertise in relational databases and SQL
- Deep knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
- Drupal CMS, Zend Framework or CodeIgniter
- MySQL-based environment
- CVS/SVN system
- Remote working environment using English as the primary language
Detail:
CSR, Admin and Tester don’t need a technical background. They need excellent analytical and communication skills. The hours for CSR are mostly nights and very early mornings.
The PPM needs a very good background, most likely a degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design with background in websites. but they can be “very” self taught so no degree is required. The main thing is that they will be working on specific products, doing the complete description and mock-ups for new features and new products.
The hours for PHP Programmer, PPM, Tester and Admin Assistant are more flexible, work can be done anytime while the interaction with other staff would be night or early morning (Indonesia time).
English Skills high for all positions. Customer Service Rep, we need spoken English Skills at very high levels.
